VETERINARY REFERRAL You may call to arrange an appointment on your client’s behalf or have your client schedule a referral appointment directly with us. For pets that have been hospitalized, upon discharge they will either be sent home or transferred to your hospital for continued care. In both situations, a copy of the medical record is sent to your hospital to be included in your patient’s permanent record. We will communicate in any way that will make follow-up care more successful. The services below can be provided on an as needed basis for your clients: |
